Tsavo East is Kenya’s oldest national parks and famous for the ‘Red elephants’ that cover themselves with the parks’ red soil for sun and insect protection.

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park is home to almost half of the world’s mountain gorilla population which can be sighted during the adventurous mountain gorilla trekking. It is also known for its exceptional biodiversity with more than 160 species of trees and bird and butterfly species.

Volcanoes National Park the premier destination for viewing the endangered mountain gorillas in Rwanda as well the famous golden monkeys which are a beautiful sight to watch. The park is also home to five volcanoes and offers great hiking spots.
